RATMAN Black Sabbath united with Celtic Frost and Deumus. Great!
Nice cover art too!
Favorite track: Until All Seas....
Francesco

Francesco My personal favourite Doom release of the year. Interesting blend of Proto-Doom à la Black Sabbath and faster Doom à la Celtic Frost. Well crafted riffs and sometimes weird shoegazy solos, straight forward drumming and graveyard singing. I've heard that they didn't find a label that physically releases this album, it's quite a shame.

Vultures Know Thy Name Unknown battlefields call The conqueror has come to the land He rides on Satan’s Breath He, the bringer of hatred and rapes When you will hear his scream Through the snows of defeat Will you face his hordes Or run away in horror? Whispers of conflict – Conquest of Doom Holiness defiled (by) masters of gloom Lovers of death’s embrace Stomping on the tombs to come Some will be unburied These are the laws of oblivion There’s no judgment in my blade And the worms won’t hate your corpse It’s the endless return Forged where no winds blew Whispers of conflict – Conquest of Doom Holiness defiled (by) masters of gloom Tyrants by nature Rulers of life Only the fools are dismayed At the sight of their fate Unholy rampage Comes from beyond Power unknown Its moving force Under my skin Here stands my law Life is unreal In death there’s no fear They are circling now Above our heads - At the mercy of hunger Fear freeze the heart Here ends the alliance – Vultures know thy name

Until All Seas Harmony is broken Forever As towers fall down Livid clouds, ahead (was) Never so black Forgotten fears rule The heart Children scream Like rats we shall feed on The dead The dead Ch: Chthonic rest On earth Reaper’s bell Tolls high Until all seas Are drain World shall turn No more Universal drought Famine Holocaust worldwide Humanity waits on knees For the final heist Sickness hits the last Ones Deceased at birth Torrid hells, cemetarian Frost Apocalyptical orgies Of the soulless ghouls There are no chosen ones Life was always a lie This world is so old And land so cold Here we shall rest forever At the open sky graves

At Innsmouth’s Cliffs Innsmouth Black Cliffs Innsmouth Dead end From the harshest slams To the grotesque harbor Hatred fulfills the air Into frog-humans lairs Tales of morbidity Are taken with winds Putrefied wales With odd mutilations Deep ones untold Zadok telling their gests Driven to delirium On ways paved in bones
4.
Those Beloved Deceased The ultimate bliss of love Lie in cadaveric stillness Orations for souls But who’s hearing them? Ascension through grief Coffins - Adrift beyond Just a few Can get its perfection How dead and living - Can relate Languid bones In the thick air of the tomb Death can be - warmer than life For those beloved deceased It’s such a sin Such a waste To bury this beauty - Down in dirt Loyal headstones Shall keep their secrets Our arts – (are) Unspeakable Languid bones In the thick air of the tomb Death can be warmer than life For those beloved deceased

Riding Overlords Gandalf rode fast and tight And hounds follow in his steps Darkest gloom beyond Man’s defeat draws near Spirits adrift, faster than wind The Riding Overlords Flooding endless night Out from the orbs of fire From dusk to dawn The nine ones keep on their ride White wizards and blackened knights, The Riding Overlords Golden mantles flutter at wind in the hours of doubt Godfathers, masters of pits help us out this grave Far at east, shadows turns red – open the gates Frost at heart, skies on fire ….hell is unleashed!

Worship Nothing Silence echoing From deaf sonic dunes Worship the temples Where grail is drain No one dwells Above the ratlike heads We are drowning In seas of doubt Deaf Into the void Worship Nothing Above Left to starve forever Worship nothing Above Me

about

Eternal hails...

As members of Pazuzu's Inverted Church, we have played doom metal music in the years between 2015 and 2021: the final result of those odd six years of jamming have been condensed in the following seven tracks, gathered under the name of Year Is One.

Unfortunately, P.I.C. disbanded in the months which followed the recording of our supposed debut full length; by the way we kept cultivating our friendship and musical interests, so we have finally decided to release Year Is One, even if only on a digital format.

We wish to thank all of those who have enjoyed our music during our period of activity, in adding, of course to all the people that, in a way or another, has been involved in Pazuzu's path.

We hope you enjoy this as much as we did when it was freshly outta the grave.

FFO: Cathedral, Saint Vitus, Dream Death, Celtic Frost, Black Sabbath
